24-hour refund window

Request a full refund within 24 hours of payment (per Stripe receipt) by emailing ApexLeadSystems@outlook.com with subject “Refund Request – 24h” and your Stripe receipt link.

After 24 hours

Charges for the current billing period are non-refundable. You can pause/cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

Service credits

If we miss your plan’s monthly lead target, you may take a service credit towards your next month’s investment or pause. Verified spam/duplicate leads receive credits at our discretion. Credits aren’t cash.

Third-party costs

Platform/media fees are non-refundable once incurred.

Cancel/pause

Email ApexLeadSystems@outlook.com. Cancellation applies at end of current billing period unless you request immediate pause.
